chromium/chrome/test/data/nacl/manifest/ndir/relative.nexe

This is not a nexe, but we'll try to load it like one anyways.  Note that this
file needs to be 64 bytes or larger for ELF parsing to give consistent errors on
32-bit and 64-bit platforms.
