  When this policy is set to enabled, extension installation requests are created and uploaded to Google Admin console.

  Extension installation requests are created when users try to install an extension that is not allowed by <ph name="EXTENSION_INSTALL_ALLOWLIST">ExtensionInstallAllowlist</ph> or <ph name="EXTENSION_SETTINGS">ExtensionSettings</ph>.

  This policy is only effective when the machine is enrolled with <ph name="CLOUD_MANAGEMENT_ENROLLMENT_TOKEN">CloudManagementEnrollmentToken</ph> for <ph name="PRODUCT_NAME">$1<ex>Google Chrome</ex></ph>.
  This policy is always effective for <ph name="PRODUCT_OS_NAME">$2<ex>Google ChromeOS</ex></ph>.
