This test suite ensures that soft navigation paint entries are working properly.
Soft Navigation paint entries are currently disable, as they depend the off-by-default `SoftNavigationHeuristicsExposeFPAndFCP` flag.
The plan it to enable these entries back once visited link partitioning takes place.
